Arctic Pips are Feline-esq Creatures,
They Reside in the north, around Russia and Greenland.
They come in all kinds of patterns and colours, and
are very social creatures.

❅Prizes❅
there are 3 prizes,
1. Full time artist
2. breedings artist
3. guest artist

-full time artists may make as many pips as you want, hence full-time, and get 2 customs(which can only be made after you make 3 adopts)
-breedings artists work on our breedings/transfers/growths page and will do just that! they get 2 customs(which can be made after completing 3 tickets)
-guest artists may make a total of 10 pips before leaving the staff, they get 1 custom after making 3 adopts.

i feel like crying i am so confused i have probs have commented on over 10 or more diff adops and nobody ever answers i feel that everybody else gets adopts and i dont, i never undestand how to make codes and stuff. the plumerian ppl its seems just ignore me wich i dont think is fair and here well idk i dont get it.... how do i adopt one ive tryed and tryed and nobody has EVER replied
