how did it get that nasty rip?: A loose thread got stuck on a bush... It pulled and pulled and when he realized that it happened... It was in that same stage as it is now. He is trying to find someone to fix it!

how did it get that nasty rip?: Airy was out sunbathing to try and dry out his stuffing and material after a lovely swim. He felt the warmth of the sun and slowly started to drift to sleep. When he woke up, though, it was because a bird had found him and decided that he would be the perfect material for a nest. He wound up fighting and running, trying to get away before getting too hurt, but the damage was done. The bird had snatched off one of his spines for its nest, providing a warmth for the eggs and the soon-to-be hatchlings. Unfortunately, Airy can't reach his own back to try and patch it up, so the stuffing and the tear are there to stay unless someone is willing to help stitch it back shut.
