Eldemore Army -- (Temp Hiatus!!)

Honey... everyone needs to make money, again, how would the site run without funding? There are no adds on Eldemore, the only income is from the Bazaar pets. This means they NEED to be good in order for people to be tempted to buy them. Just like anything else, its why the best looking pets on CS are in the store, and FR sells awesome accessories. Eld is quiet easy to snag Baubles, actually, I and many other people will buy newborns for 3 baubles, or hoard pets as well. You just need to put yourself out there and try trading more. ^^

It takes me weeks to visit a new form，ian shy in real life and forms are like huge crowds，something I really hate.
I get they have to make money but why make the pets something everyone wants，but only those who can afford get.
That andvi have yet to get a hang of the trading and what's fair for what.

To make money to fund the site of course ^^ They don't really make money so much as make enough to fund the site and keep it running. If they didnt have pets everyone wants then no one would buy the store pets, and the site would have to close down. ^^
Just post in the trading thread that you'd like to trade pets for baubles, and if you get confused there's a 'Is this a fair trade' thread as well, I help out on it from time to time, as well as there is a healthy bit of cross trade from CS to Eldemore and back, and there's a 'Is this a fair crosstrade' to help if you want to trade CS pets for Eld or Vice versa

Well I do have 400 - 500 pets for trade but like I said I am not a fan of the forms it took me a year before I came on CS forms, two mounths for flight rising and I am still not comftable on it. I mostly just gift my eldemore pets to others.
I don't even know if I have any good ones .

Of course the cutest anchinte you have to pay for I am so tired of this. What about those who can't pay for them huh!? They are a pain in the rear to trade for!

They need to make some money somehow, right?
Let's say, you made a adoptable website just like eldemore.
You spent lots of money on servers etc.
You gotta earn the money back somehow so you put out some adoptables that you have to pay real life money for.
And that's how you earn your money.
I hope this made sense?
I mean, this is what i think of when i'm a little upset that you have to pay real life money for something online ^^.

I do run an adoptable thread! And I do my best to make it 100% free i always try to thise days，(even when I did take pets for the currency I felt horrible about it)，but that's a personal prefrence,i sorta don't like getting payed for my art.
But still it's besides the point，there need to be more pets like the foxes or humming bug，i dislike both so if they become store pets it's no loss，but nope it has to be pets that Will be a pain to trade for
I will add I have a very sore jaw for some reason And the pain might be making me short tempered,so if I sounds like I am attacking or shouting，or being aggresive I don't mean it that way,it's been hurting since I got in the car this morning，slowly getting worse all days so again if anything here upsets you sorry I'm advance.

Well I mean an adoptable thread is much different from a website. Threads are free. Servers to run your own website are not.

The Prong Foxes are a Bazaar only species so they'll always be available there with new one every few months. Humming Bumbles and Glasswork Dragons are pretty much Bazaar only species as well that come around every now and then. Ancients are event/Bazaar exclusive and this new pet is an Ancient.

Do you have five bucks laying around you could give to a parent and ask if they could buy baubles for you? That way if your parents don't want to spend their own money, it'd be like you're buying them yourself. Just with a little help "digitizing" the money ^^

Saphira I would be more than happy to get you the ancient in the Bazaar and trade it to you. My username is Kiinotasha over there as well, I have two of them sitting in my bazaar trade folder right now. As long as its fair to both sides I don't mind trading the little one away.
I know what its like to not be able to buy them from the store/bazaar/whatever and it can be frustrating to try and trade for a site's currency to get them. Like I said, just send me something and I will do everything I can to work something out with you.

I absolutely adore the new Ancient of Youth bazaar release!


The lore blurb in the codex is too cute!

The Ancient of Youth, an adorable creature who goes by the name of 'Quinn' or 'Quincy' to those who may be acquainted with the fluffy being, is responsible for all the pygmies across the realm. This little pup-like dragon has a troublesome habit of sharing its magic with others in a very slobbery way. By giving "kisses" to those it may favor, the Ancient of Youth's licks revert both creature and man to their infancy, or as many have started to call the rather unexpected transformation, pygmies.

This often causes trouble for those who come across little Quinn and befriend the young Ancient. Thankfully, the effects wear off over time for the races of the realm who are subjected to Quincy's playful manners. However, the same can not be said for the creatures of Eldemore who sometimes remain cute, adorable little pygmies forever.

So many pygmies as a result of this little ancient being so quick to share slobbery lick-kisses. I'm so glad to see the concept of the Ancient of Youth brought to life!

I'm the most interested in that it says "Thankfully the effects wear off... creatures of Eldemore sometimes remain... pygmies forever." Does this mean that there is a chance that we might see some of our adorable pygmies grow up for special releases?

Oh I hope so. Maybe we will have an ancient of wisdom or age. And it's licks can revert the Pygmy effect.. And it's like the parent of this Pygmy ancient. And always scolds Quincy when ever she/he used his/hers power.
