Hello and welcome to the Bear Run Valentine's day mini event!
This event is for owners and non-owners alike, so anyone can participate. Have fun and enjoy!

Bear with me and the changes that will likely be made as this event goes on!

This event is fairly simple, and should be easy to understand. If anything doesn't make sense, please don't hesitate to PM me and ask for clarification, or post here. I will do my very best to explain it in a different way so that is makes more sense to you.
How this event will work, is there will several ways for you to collect tokens, which will be added to a bank account under your username. Once you have enough tokens, there a few different options on what to do with them. You can bid on Tolters, buy prizes, or buy a spin on the wheel of fortune, all of which will be explained more in depth in the Sweet Shop section. After you win with high bid on a Tolter or buy something from the Sweet Shop, you will need to send a PM to me, so that I can take that from your account and keep it accurate. This will be better explained in the Bank section.

- Please respect me and any of those helping out with this event.
- You can only win one event Tolter unless stated otherwise on the adoption page.
- PLEASE do not put in your submission form that you should get 'x' amount of tokens or it should bring you up to 'x' number.
- Only bid what is in your account. Do not bid and say you will have 'this many' after I update the bank.
- Event Tolters cannot breed until after the event is over.

Q: Are the tokens worth different values?
A: Not really. Different types and amounts of tokens, gets you different stuff, it just depends!

Q: Where do I put my filled out Wheel of Fortune spin form?
A: You post it right here on this thread! You can either post two forms in the same post, or post them at different times of the day, whichever you would like. Just remember twice is the limit for every day.

Q: So what exactly are all the things I'd need to PM you for?
A: The only times you should need to PM me is when you are buying something from the Sweet Shop, or if you've got a question/concern.

Q: How often will the bank be updated?
A: Once a day hopefully, but sometimes more or less. It will be updated as regularly as possible.

Q: Are we allowed to negotiate prices on items in the store?
A: Nope, sorry. The prices will stay the same unless I change them. :3

Q: Can I trade with another user to get tokens I want?
A: No. The tokens you earn are what you get, and trading isn't allowed.

Q: If I don't want some of my tokens can I gift them to another user?
A: Nope, they must earn the tokens themselves.

Q: Am I allowed to win one of the event Tolters and then gift it to someone?
A: No, once you've got an event tolter that one is yours.

Q: What about items I have bought, can I gift those?
A: Nope, they're yours.

Q: Can I use writing I've done in the past?
A: Nope, all writing must be written from 2/1/16 onward.

Q: What about with art, can I use stuff I've made before?
A: It's the same with the writing, it must be from this time on.

Q: Does my art/writing have to be Valentine's based?
A: Absolutely not! As long as it's based on your Tolters or has your Tolters involved it counts!

Q: The bank hasn't been updated yet but I want to bid, and should have enough tokens after it is updated. Can I go ahead and bid, even if they aren't all in my account yet?
A: I was going to allow this, but after further thinking I decided that it is unfair. So only bid what is currently in your account please, I will update the bank as soon as possible.

Q: You gave me less tokens than I should have gotten! That's not fair!
A: It is fair actually. For one reason or another I gave you the amount of tokens I did. If you have a problem with it, PM me expressing your concern on the matter and I will explain why I you got less than you think you should have. (:

Q: Someone won two event Tolters... What do I do?
A: PM me and send me a link. I'll take care of it :3

Alright and now that you know how to get tokens and what they are, this is the fun part! There are lots of sweet things you can buy, all of which are listed here. If you want to buy something from the Sweet Shop, post the form below on this thread. I'll check that you've got the right supplies in your account, and if you do I'll make a mass post letting everyone know that they can use the item, and I'll add that you've bought it to your account. Just remember, only try to buy what you've got enough tokens for!
The "Event only" items are for the Tolters made in this event only. Don't worry, there will be plenty of chances to get event tolters!

- You may buy up to 3 store items to put on your Tolter.
- You cannot choose what the Mane or Tail edit looks like, it will be randomly chosen by the artist.
- Feathering types will also be chosen by the artist.
- Golden horseshoes, Event lineart, and Contacts do not count towards your item limit.
- In the "details" section, is where you can add hair chalk color and amount, rose/bow color, contact color, ect.
- You may only buy one of an item. (for example, you can't buy a mane and a tail edit, or you can't buy a bow and a rose)
- While there is no limit on the amount of glitter paint, please keep the artist's brains and hands in mind when choosing how you want it on your Tolt x3
- Post a separate form (all in one post) for each item you are buying. This is very important, PLEASE.

As soon as you get your first tokens, your account is made and your tokens will be recorded there. When you want to buy something, PM the form at the Sweet Shop to me with the title "Bear Run" and I'll make sure you've got enough tokens.
