Announcement time!!

I was made aware of a recent rule change that prohibits posting adoptables made in a non-Oekaki program under an Oekaki cover.

Because of this, the Novibat Adoption Center is being split in half. Some special and weekly Novibats will be posted in a user-made adoptables thread that will be the other half of this adoptable center. Any other Novibats made before now in Photoshop will be kept in an archive there as well. (This only currently applies to Novis #12-15)

Any users hired as artist staff who are unable to use Oekaki and must use the .PSD instead will be able to post their Novibats there. A comprehensive adoptable/owner archive will be started around #20.

13-15 are being moved to the User-made Adoptables thread to be adopted out there. I'm currently in the process of removing the oekaki covers (with assistance) so that the ones I made that were infringing upon this rule can be wholly moved and we can make a cleaner transition to a split Adoption Center.
It'll help me keep things clean when I begin the archival work.

12 is also being moved, even though it was already adopted.
Any deadlines will be extended as necessary so that users still have a full week to complete their forms.

Novibats 13, 14 and 15 are all UFA there.

Novibat Owner Archive is now (mostly) up!
