Ok so: because Czarina means ruler, I think it's only fitting that Rin rule over her own herd. If your tolter would like to be in Czarina's herd, please PM me. I might even do free human art of the tolts that join her herd (you must be an active member of the RP I am currently making though.)


I am planning on making an RP for tolters that is based around herds (there can be other herds besides the one I am making rn)
