It's my friends form, she can't go on to report it so I'm reposting it. It's her first custom so it's free and she is gifting it to me. It's been avoiding and nobody is really doing it which I think Is sorta rude.

Some of us actually don't know how to put the gif inside the kitty, so only few of us could do it anyway, so sorry about that! ^^"

I'm sorry that it comes off as rude, but what Strawburry says is true. Only some of the staff are able to put a gif within a kitty which is why it may some may not take the order. They're not ignoring jt, they just may not be able to do it or have the time if they are able to. I hope that you understand.

I am able to do gif kitties, but do not currently possess the time. Once I have passed what I am going through, I will attempt the kitty and try and do other orders.

I am currently in hospital so I can do kitties but will not get them too you until I'm out and that could be any time at all. I cannot put gifs in kitties but I can make kitties with gifs. If that makes sense
