General Rules/Info
If you change your name please contact me or post here saying so if you donate/adopt from TLA.
We will do I code drop by the date scheduled unless we cant decide on a character or one or boh of us is ill.
Be nice and do not steal art! Art thieves will be banned and reported to mods.
Do not spam, this includes double posting. You will be temporarily banned until the next code drop and your form won't count.
Three (3) temporary bans then you are put on the permanent blacklist.
If you are on the blacklist and there is a X next to your name you are banned temporarily. If there is a X next to your name you are not banned but have 1 strike.
Please do not ask when code drop is.



Donating Rules
Do not attempt to donate a character that you do not own. This is art theft. Consequences are listed above.
Only use free lineart. Using lineart that is not for your use is also considered art theft.
Donations must be original, not based of any CS pets.
If you received your character from a Adoption Center/Breeding Center make sure you have permission to place it here.
If you donated a character and then decide you want it back PM me. If it was already adopted out then I can not return it to you.



Adopting Rules
There is no limit on adopting however please use the characters you adopt.
You must follow all rules specified by the donor of the character you are applying for.
Use the form! I can not stress this enough. Also, post it here! No PMing!
Forms may be rejected if it is too short, inappropriate for the rating of the website, or does not follow the rules.
Each character does not have to be given out if we find you did not put an effort into your form.
The person who we feel submits the best form will receive the character.
Characters adopted from TLA are not to be donated to another Adoption Agency, given away, or sold.
I promise we didn't miss your form. Don't quote it.
Do not post a form for a character before it is in the holding kennels.
You may only receive Two characters per code-drop. The first two forms you submit are the ones that count, the rest are ignored.

Naming

Naming though it seems unimportant , can in fact portray what you want the character to be, do, see, and sometime feel. A good name is always a good element to starting a memerable form, and it doesnt have to make sence as long as it can be pronounced. Sometime looking at character name generator may help you think of a name, though these can also lead to some characters having the same name.
