When can i adopt a SF? The customs are closed and i've been checking everyday!

I'm trying to open the custom thing again but their probably going to stack up again, so I'm going to open them again after I get the customs done, which will be soon

if so where: A few semi-lit role playing sites that, sadly, have died in the past few months. I believe I have also been a mod/artist on a few adopts here on CS but I can't seem to find the links.
