If possible I'd love to purchase the first set of leg wraps [these] with the two leather and one string.

1. No, pride rolls means within the pride itself. These items can be worn by any member within the pride, nomads are the only ones not allowed to have such items.

2. Yes, there is nothing wrong with gifting them away. Though trading is only for the designated items in this event

It is possible to gift items in this event, if you find you have no use for them.
