There's lots of things, but this isn't really the place to ask, as it's off topic. d: But I'll answer it anyways as there isn't really a place to ask it anywhere...

- MS Paint: comes with Windows
- Corel Painter: can buy it and sometimes it comes with tablets [extreme art program]
- Photoshop: have to buy it [like Corel Painter, except a little less complicated]
- SAI Painter: can buy online for $60 [very, VERY small file though it's nice]
- Pixie: I don't know much about it, but I htink it only works with Macs. d:
- Gimp: nice art program, it's actually free [messed up m comp though, had to remake some files 'n' stuff]

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. ^^;

Maybe, but that person would have to be very close to me and want to do it for other people, not because they wanted to use the lineart to make their characters/new characters with it. But they'd also be responsible for other things, not just customs.

They'd have to run it, too, because I dread customs. I don't have a post that they could use, so I'd have to make a whole new thread for ADL and I wouln't be up for that.
