He has never been bred, but his current mate has been bred twice,
so he can only breed twice if he is kept with his current mate.
You are welcome to divorce them if you so choose, however.
(In fact, I'm fairly certain the other owner would prefer that.)

He has about 30 pieces of art, and some really great quality pieces.
