Welcome!
Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to welcome you to the world of Tiny Horses. These precious little pets are adorable, sweet, and come in a variety of appearances. They fit quite nicely into your signature when you wish to display them there, and their miniscule size makes them much easier to care for, so you can have as many as you want without it being much trouble.

Rules
-- Follow all of CS' rules
-- Respect the staff, community, and rules
-- No whining, complaining, nagging, harassing, or otherwise being a nuisance
-- Don't claim idea/species as yours
-- Don't take a Tiny Horse that isn't yours
-- Don't create your own Tiny Horse (unless you're an official TH artist)
-- You can have as many Tiny Horses as you like, but don't hog them all
-- You can only adopt one Tiny Horse per foundation litter (ie. not breeding litter)
-- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, and to confiscate anyone's Tiny Horses if I see reason to

What is a Tiny Horse?
Tiny Horses, also known as “THs” or “Tinies,” are exactly what they sound like: very small horses. They are usually somewhere between 1-2 inches tall, though some individuals have been known to be as small as three quarters of an inch or as tall as two-and-a-half inches. Their diminutive size has made it easy for them to stay under the radar for quite a number of years. They were only discovered in early 2015. They were originally thought to be an endangered species, but many more were found and now there are plenty to go around, so they are being distributed en masse throughout the world.
Tiny Horses are different from regular-sized horses in more ways than height, however. Foals are much smaller in comparison to adults, and mares usually produce anywhere from 3-8 foals per “litter,” though some have been known to have as many as 11 in one litter. They can also reproduce much more rapidly, somewhat like rabbits.
Earlier in the year, after gaining a good deal of popularity, the buying and selling of Tiny Horses virtually halted. This was due to the discovery of a new strain of Tiny Horses that had never been seen before, and, for a while, the world was a bit uncertain. But now, the long-awaited return of Tiny Horses has come, and people are even more excited than before. Many new types have been discovered, and their introduction to the public has generated much interest.

Genetically Enhanced "GE" Tiny Horses
Not long after the discovery of these pint-sized ponies, a large number of Tiny Horses was rescued from a laboratory that was testing illegal genetic enhancements on them. The original Tiny Horses that were rescued showed no signs of difference from unaltered Tiny Horses at first, but then they were bred. Firstly, they couldn’t reproduce with normal Tiny Horses; only with other genetically enhanced Tiny Horses. Secondly, their offspring displayed unusual colorings and markings, ranging from patterns found in other animal species (such as felines or canines) to markings and colors not seen anywhere in the natural animal world. The former (“unusual” Tiny Horses) are more common than the latter (“unnatural” Tiny Horses).

Magical Tiny Horses
“Magical” Tiny Horses were the discovery that shut down the Tiny Horse trade for a while. During the summer of 2015, a number of unnaturally-colored Tiny Horses emerged from a portal, along with several Tiny Horses from this side of the portal who had gone through said portal for reasons unknown. These Tiny Horses would’ve been assumed to be unnatural GE Tiny Horses, if it weren’t for the obvious (and later-discovered not-as-obvious) differences. Not only did they display unnatural coloring and patterns, but some had even stranger differences. Some had wings, others had tentacles or seemed to be part sea-creature, and some even resembled rocks or precious gems. Moreover, these colorings and additional characteristics were not the result of genetic enhancement, as the coloring of the unusual and unnatural Tiny Horses was. These new Tiny Horses and their appearances were completely naturally occurring. They were dubbed “magical” Tiny Horses for their magical and unexplained appearances. Research has shown that magical Tiny Horses can be bred with both normal and GE Tiny Horses, and that their “magical” characteristics can be (but are not always) passed down. Magical Tiny Horses are only released during Summer Events, and, though they can be bred at any time, there are stricter rules surrounding magical breedings.

Holiday Tiny Horses
Holiday Tiny Horses are the special Tiny Horses released during holiday celebrations. They are unique to that holiday for that year, and will never be released again after that holiday’s celebrations are over. This means that, for example, Holiday Tiny Horses from Easter 2015 will never be released again. The Holiday Tiny Horses for Easter 2016 will be different than the Easter 2015 ones, and will likewise never be released again. This makes Holiday Tiny Horses very rare and difficult to obtain. There are also two different kinds of Holiday Tiny Horses. There is the “Holiday Type” and the “Holiday Line-Edit.”
The Holiday Line Edits are not so much “Holiday Tiny Horses” (though they are referred to as such) as they are “Holiday Add-ons.” They are regular types (Draft, Friesian, Walker, etc.) with a special holiday-themed addition. For example, the Easter 2015 Holiday Line-Edits were regular types with “Tiny Pets.” The horses came with tiny chicks, tiny bunnies, tiny goats, and tiny cats (plus a custom that had a tiny piglet). These additions do not pass down to the THs’ foals, so they are restricted to those that were released with them. Each Holiday Line-Edit is only obtainable during its release for its year’s holiday celebrations.
The Holiday Types are their own unique types made specially for a holiday celebration. They cannot breed with other Holiday Types from any holiday (does not include Holiday Line-Edits), but they can breed with normal types (Standard, Shetland, Curly, etc.) and will always produce foals of the same type as the normal type. Basically, Holiday Types cannot have Holiday Type foals. Each Holiday Type is only obtainable during its release for its year’s holiday celebrations.

Adopting a Tiny Horse
Interested in adopting a Tiny Horse? It's easy! Tiny Horses are adopted out in litters. Select a litter (represented by a foal with blanket) that has some unadopted foals in it (it will be marked with "Adopt Me" sign if there are foals available). Fill out the form provided and, if someone else doesn't adopt the foal you wanted first, then you'll get your very own Tiny Horse! Once all the foals are adopted (or a week after the first foal is adopted), all the foals that have been claimed will grow up.
You may be wondering why there is always a question (i.e. "what type has x color blanket?" or "how many Tiny Horses can you own?") on the forms to adopt. This is so that only those who read this post, the rules and info, and want a Tiny Horse enough to go and find the answer to the question will be able to adopt. I don't want people to adopt if they haven't taken the time to read the rules and info.

Tiny Horse Types
As mentioned above, there are several types of Tiny Horse. More may be discovered in the future, but at the present, only fourteen are known to exist. Tiny Horses are not separated into different breeds, though some of the types are named after breeds that they resemble. Here is a list of the currently known types, in order of most common to least common. The blanket color that each type is represented by is also listed.

Standard Type
Pretty much your average horse type, sort of mustang/crossbreed-like. Red blanket.
Thoroughbred Type
A lean, running type. Long, fairly flat heads, short mane and tail. Green blanket.

Suggested Litters
One of the show prizes is the ability to suggest a litter. Depending on the type of show and the placement (1st, 2nd, 3rd), the amount of details a person is allowed to suggest varies. Suggested litters, along with the usernames of the people that suggested them and the dates they were suggested on, are listed below. Any artist may use any of these suggestions at any time. The person who suggested a litter must be notified that you are making their suggested litter before you make the litter. If they have a foal reserved for that litter (also included in the details below) then you must reserve one of the foals from that litter for that person.
No unused suggestions yet.

Banned Members
These members have broken the rules, mistreated staff/community, or otherwise been deemed unfit to own Tiny Horses. These people no longer have the right to adopt or breed Tiny Horses, to participate in shows or other events, or to be involved in the Tiny Horse community in general. Their Tiny Horses will be confiscated and put up for adoption to those more suitable of owning them. I am always sad to ban people, but sometimes it has to be done, if we want to keep peace, order, and a nice, friendly community.
Thankfully, no one has been banned yet!

I'm sorry to be a nuisance but could you post when you put a litter up? I've missed so many now, it's getting a bit disheartening seeing all the beautiful litters that have been and gone

If there is a post, I might have a shot at winning a pretty?

If it's not a doable thing, it's fine, I'll get over it, I just love these guys so much <3
