It was great talking with you all, and I'll see you around! Our Christmas Advent Calendar has now drawn to a close.

Hello and welcome to our December Advent Calendar! Our theme is "10 Days Til Christmas" and we'll be counting down the days with winter adopts and special prizes for all! Sound interesting? If you'd like to participate, please read up on our species (link above), and read the rules for the advent below.


• Any of the rules stated on our main species page (linked above) apply here. If you adopt an adoptable from here, you must follow this species rules regardless.
• Please read the "how to participate" section, it's very important and will ensure things will run smoothly. If you have a question, feel free to ask here or PM me.
• Treat everyone respectfully. Do not complain if you do not get something you wanted.


To see what is happening on each day, look at our advent calendar at the bottom of this post. Each day a new thing will pop up, whether it's an adopt, or trivia, or something else. To go to today's event, click the text that says "Go To Today's Event!" Our title should also list the page of today's advent. It will then take you to the post of who's in charge of today's event. Instructions will be given on their post on how to participate. Be sure to read everything carefully so there's no confusion. You can also be sure you're on the right advent day post by making sure the "__ days til Christmas" matches up correctly with the actual day of the month.
**Important** - Events expire after their day is up; for example, if a adoptable was up on the "10 more days until Christmas", you cannot apply for it any other day; a winner will be chosen on that day because these events only last one day each. To ensure you're on the current day's event, simply click "Click For Today's Event!" in blue text on the top or bottom of this post.

My family used to do a little felt advent calendar! Every day we'd put a new felt decoration onto a little felt tree above the days! Similar to this! I'd say that's my favorite tradition <3

Well every year my mom prints out little cards about myths/traditions around the world/Ideas of things to do and puts one in each box in an advent callender with a little gift, a bouncy ball or Lego mini figure ect and we open one everyday from December first till December twenty fifth (Christmas). Its so fun to wake up every morning excited to see whats next!We've been too busy this year to start it but hopefully we can at least do a few of the days. c:

What One Of Your Favorite Holiday Traditions?: For us, we would always travel several states from home so that we could have Christmas at my grandmother's home. She would turn on the Christmas tree lights and we would have some cookies, then lay some out for Santa. In the morning, after we opened presents, we would always go to my dad's parents and open presents there. It may not seem like much of a tradition, but we did this every single year...and I absolutely always looked forward to spending the night at my grandma's house....her tree was always the brightest, most lovely tree. Even now I think no tree has ever matched hers.
