New character based off of the song "French Perfume" by Great Big Sea. I'll admit that after I designed him I realized that he reminds me a whole lot of a cross between Blitz and Seraphina - plus I can totally see him hanging out with the twins. But at the same time I know Blitz isn't huge on having kids of his own, so Rainer is going to be his and Sera's adopted son.

This guy's right eye was damaged in an accident, formerly it was a golden-orange, and all he can see out of it is shadows. He also has scorch marks down his right side but likes to stand/position himself in such a way that no one sees them when possible.

I like it it's a really cool design and the story behind it makes it more insprastional i guess you could say :3
