I think you are able to, but I'm not sure with the communication part. My girl Kazim is capable of sensing them, but not speaking to them.

Maybe not in a "super power" aspect, but if people in the real world can use ouija boards, pendulums, and tarot cards to communicate with spirits, I think it's okay for our viscets to use those same methods.

However, do respect changes in light of other people/scenarios; for example, don't try to bring magic/unrealistic aspects into a realistic rp. But as for your own OC you have pretty much free range so long as it's child friendly.
