Impress me!
Hi there! I'm Fox! I'd love to adopt this precious babe <3
Fox,
King
Male
he often sunbathes
King was born in the woods, with his pack of 13 other Viscets. As the largest pack, he had no reason to fear. His father was the alpha, so he was popular among the pack. But he wasn't born 'King'. His mother called him Pip, and decided to change his name as he grew.
Pip was strong. He grew quickly, about twice as fast as normal viscets. He was becoming on of the best fighters in the pack.
Only three weeks had passed since his birth, when he was made 'beta' of the clan. His name was changed to Oak, but everyone called him Beta. Oak was fierce. He grew into a massive viscet, almost two times bigger than normal.
But he was kind, sweet, and especially gentle. He had the heart of his mother's. But one day came, where the forest was on fire. He ran to check to see of everyone was OK, but the fire had reached them. The cries for help were unbearable. He dove into the fire, and dragged out a nursing mother and her pups. He went back in to only have a tree fall next to him, the branches scorching his fur. He backed out, and went to his pack, which was whining and barking fearfully.
"Follow me," Oak said, his voice rough.
When the reached a river, the crossed it, then rested. It was then that he noticed four of his pack was missing.
"Stay here. You're in charge," He said, motioning to a strong looking, but battered viscet. With that, he swam back through the river and raced for his pack. Two of the missing were his parents.
The fire had died down a little, and he was able to find his pack.
But they were lifeless. They managed to escape, but the fire had burnt their lungs, causing them to stop breathing. He picked them up, one by one, and dug a grave. After he had finished, he walked back to the pack. He rested his head on his paws, and closed his eyes.
"Beta," A younger packmate spoke. "Where are they?"
"Gone," Oak sighed.
A tiny viscet wobbled over to him, and curled up next to him. "Thank you for saving me," she whispered. "You'll always be my king."
