I have a question regarding Viscet art. Is it allowed to draw them in a human/anthro form or is that not allowed since it involves different anatomy?

Slight rule adjustment you guys.
Since this is for reference, and for free use and learning, I thought it was a little bit too harsh to not allow any tracing whatsoever without having to credit constantly ect. I think I came up with a nice little middleground to the "no tracing" rule

*EDIT 11/28/2015* You can, however, trace small part(s) of the image (i.e. you can trace a leg you are having trouble with ect) as long as 70+ percent isn't traced, that's fine <3

Again though if you trace most/all of the image you are still required to link to this thread and credit the original artist every time it's posted (each image will be named the artist's name, so you will at least know what their username was when they submitted the work to the Repository)

Also, I wanted to use one of Mint's sketches to sketch Deimos. When I was done, I thought it would be interesting to show you all the comparison. Mine and Mint's styles are just so completely different XD

I'm pretty sure it's allowed.
As far as I always understood, you just can't add traits/anatomy.
As long as the viscet has the same traits (i.e. you don't add horns to it just because you made it an anthro) then I thought it was fine.
Though you may want to double-check with Soul.

A while back dissolve made a black, red, grey, and white viscet and I did anthro art.
You just can't add stuff.

Me and Mint weren't sure what you were going with, if you were trying to make the pose dynamic and have the bottom end faceing the screen or if the size of the head just made it look that way so we kinda worked together with some redlines.


This is one where it's facing more away.

And then this one below is if you mean it to be more profile, in that case the head should be larger and I'll show that in the image below:


Either way, the image itself looked good, it was just those back legs mostly throwing you off :3
Legs can be really hard to position properly.

Yes, it was intended for the Viscet to be facing away, I'm so sorry that wasn't clear Dx Thank you for showing me both though, they're extremely helpful! Those legs were killing me. >.> Thank you again!!

Also, I have been seeing viscet with thier ears pointed forward instead of the usual layed out ones.
How would they look?
