Three adopts, either uncommon or common, and one custom with the same rarities as the adopts & only if you haven't been a GA and made a custom before, yes? In which case, I'd be unable to make another custom. uvu

If ghost artist is a position, then heck yes ! Otherwise, I think I'll be too busy with college to actually be reliable.

Also as a guest artist you have to have all 4 plumies done in 5 weeks
