Guest Artist applications are OPEN! They'll remain open for a full week this time, until next Friday.

Some things to note for this round --
- You'll have one month to complete your plumes, and I'd prefer if you only made your custom after you'd made 1-2 adopts. :>
- Since we've had an artist step down recently, I'll be especially considering hiring GAs into fulltime artists if their GA term goes well!
- Linking to just a couple top fave specific design examples makes my life a lot easier /w/
