alright, so, the first halloween event was kind of a learning experience to say the least, haha. I've put together a short survey so people can give input and ideas, if they like!

well, as I have since discovered, I am not good at judging competitions, lol. while I can narrow down forms pretty easily, getting stuck between two or three forms leaves me totally indecisive for weeks. so... I'm opening up "official guest judge" positions!

here's some info on this;

there will be three guest judges
guest judges will be ineligible for helping to judge competitions that they are taking part in
artists aren't obligated to use a guest judge, but these people are "officially" there if they're needed
guest judges need only help if they're called upon by an artist
guest judges get three strikes- if they're called on to help judge a competition and don't answer the PM, this can only happen three times before they're removed.
guest judges can ask me to make a custom with rare or under traits once they've been part of staff for one month

and you might be wondering... yes, I'm also opening up artist positions!
artists must be able to use oekaki, since I don't have any SAI/PSD lines. (and I think cover adopts have been nixed, unfortunately)

artists can have up to two customs with rare or under traits
they can make their first custom after making like 5 adopts
