FaFa, FaFb, FaFc, FaFd = sable
FbFb, FaFc, FaFd = Tanpoint
FcFc, FcFd = Saddle
FdFd = Solid Black

that's kind of what's getting me confused, so if Fa means sable, I get that, but what do the extra letters after it mean?

It means it carries that trait. So say you had a Skelerex with FaFd, it would appear sable. But, if you bred to another Skelerex with FcFd, even though it appears that the offspring will either have a Saddle or Sable, their possible genetics could be:
FaFd or FaFc = Sable
Fc/Fd = Saddle
Fc/Fc = Recessive all-black

This makes it so there are recessive traits to breed for, with Fa (Sable) dominant over the rest.

Yeah, that works a bit better. It's better to make sense even if it's a bit cluttered- and even then, it's not so bad.
