wow this one was different (in a good way, promise~),
beautiful and I couldn't tell it was a 2nd gen at first
(but that's not bad so don't fret c: , it's not uncommon for 2nd gens to look a fair bit different from the parents)

Thanks love <3 The father's style was a little odd and I had a hard time really following what the pattern was supposed to be so I sorta did my own thing?? Glad to know I didnt mess it up too bad XD

Yeah Swift is hard to do, but it's mostly just overlaying design that makes it look complex.
When I draw and color him I use a darker brown first and then all the other colors after. c:

Ahh okay, I was thinking of doing the light brown first and the dark overtop. I think that made the design look more backwards in color when I was trying to replicate the patterns XD
