when you try out for a buttermilk, you are more than welcome to add accessories to the art pieces (small things like earrings or bracelets), but only when art is allowed in the contest
if this is done with me, Ill edit the buttermilk to add the accessories
GA's havent been told they can do this other than in 'design the collar' contests, but once we have full time artists they are allowed to do this any time!
GA's are allowed to PM me and ask if they can add the accessories
