Lol, don't think much of it; when I volunteered at the shelter near-by, whenever a dog, cat, or litter or kittens was adopted out, there was a sign marking "deep cleaning" on the cage to let volunteers know that the kennel needed to be fully cleaned before the next animal went in. It just prevents spread of bacteria, germs, and sickness :P
