Basics
Śakti Ḍrāganas are flightless, dragon-like creatures whos name translates to Energy Dragons. They received this name due to the fog-like "breath" ability that is known to give or take energy.
Habitat
The first Śakti Ḍrāganas were found on a planet known as Teikcain. Most remain on the planet, where they thrive on every corner of it, while others were taken to Earth to be pets. On earth, they stay in cooler places and avoid heat and humidity as often as possible.
Stages of Life
Śakti Ḍrāganas have three stages of life. The egg, the juvenile, and the adult. In Teikcain time, this process takes a year in total. On Earth, only a week or two.
Natures
Śakti Ḍrāganas are known to be rather gentle and friendly creatures. They get along with nearly any predatory animal smaller than them, and some have even made bonds with humans. Śakti Ḍrāganas mate for life and keep their children with them until they pass on. Śakti Ḍrāganas are pack animals and travel in groups known as Scores, which consist of 4-20 Śakti Ḍrāganas.
Communication
Śakti Ḍrāganas speak mostly through actions or short, chirping noises. When it comes to humans, some Śakti Ḍrāganas have been capable of mimicking short words with two or less syllables.
Dominance
Śakti Ḍrāganas assert dominance through fights. These fights often last a few seconds and consist of brief bites, tail whips, scratches, and energy drainings. While they may sound harmless, these fights can often turn rather brutal and it is highly important that you stand back when one breaks out.
