What are Precious Puppies?

Precious Puppies are obident puppies who needs love to survive. There is 1000's on the street and a lot are turning into beast. Yeah,if the puppies don't get love , they turn into salvage beast. So some people lure them into cage and put them up for adoption! Will you save a life?
