there is now a end date. the end date is the END OF NOVEMBER. which is close to only being one month away.this should be plenty enough time to enter/finish/edit entries unless i absolutely can not stand not having a created speecies.

hmm...well, i could have sworn there were five entries to judge....but looks like 2 of them were deleted?
oh well.gives me a easier time judging.though it was that hard. in first place we have..

COLLI!!! congrats.your species stole my heart from the start.everything is perfect.the inspiration,the lineart,the concept, everything!i just need to think of a name now....
anyways, you won the grand prize!instead of the original first place prize, im giving you one of my only two list pets! the red malk dragon grand prize ^.^ it will be sent over shortly.

in second place we have Bean-cake

while i loved the chimera concept, something about it just threw me off...i cant quite say what is was...the shading maybe?or how the snake tail was played-out in the art?im not quite sure.but the lineart itself has gotten you second place, along with a constelation prize of participation.


then in third we have Chapter.eleven.

once again i loved the concept but some factors threw me off.
1.proportion. the head was nicely proportional but the stomache was too thin,the legs to thin, and the tail base jutted out too far from the ,ahem, gluteus maximus of the species.
other than the major proportional issues i quite adored the species.
you have earned yourself third place and a constelation prize.
