I can do the piece and accept payment for it (it would be like someone paying for fan art or paying for gift art) except that they wouldn't be able to claim the picture as only theirs to use, it would be available for anyone they wanted to use (in accordance with my art rules).

Hey guys, I've got to alert you of something.

These next few weeks of mine are going to be extremely hectic and crazy and they may prevent me from getting any art done soon. I'm going to close the shops for new orders (unless -Shaded- and Zoe Beilschmidt still have something they want to order) and the orders I already have will take quite a while to get done. I can guarantee without a doubt they'll be done before November the 15th or around then, but it may not be until November when I get these done. If you want to cancel your order you can feel free to do so. Otherwise, just hold patient for a bit!
