Special Design Needed

Today was a very sad day in my life as my mother passed away and I'm looking to get a special design made in her honor. I'm not very rich, but I can offer art, animations, maybe a small game featuring your character, or some pets.

In the design I'm looking for, a cat or cat/equine hybrid, probably that of a brown tabby or brown tabby/Clydesdale horse, nothing complex, but it must feature brown/green eyes and a yellow rose flower crown or maybe yellow roses that grow from the hind quarters, if you can help me out, please post here or PM me
