Well all of them are unfair to you
your cat has high demand and there really only trading you low demand rares that are not worth a lot
But if i had to chose the 2nd one is best but its still way off.

Its fair because both from the same tier but in demand wise i would say the pup as a little more demand because a lot of people like pps pets and want the pps one more then the full grown,and also you see the full grown one much more then you see your pps pup.
