Maybe, to give people less restraint and allow users with 10 bunnies to stay part of the community, you should make it so you can only adopt 10 bunnies from litters. This way, old users may breed, get customs, have fun in events, and buy bunnies.

Perhaps, but breeding slots are limited as well. Not everyone gets to breed their bunnies unfortunately. ;v;

And if a person has the maximum amount of bunnies and gets an event one, I warn them about being over the limit with a chance of them giving away any bunny for the event one. The only problem here is that they need to give away one to get one, but at least they can see what they're getting 100%. ^^

And even if I did that rule of limiting the litters only, I'd have to drop down the number from 10 to 6 or such. Seeing as there are 38 litters so far and about 10 of them are event ones, the bunny adoptions are pretty slow.
If you were lucky enough to get a bunny every time a new litter is out, it would take 10 weeks to reach the limit of 10. That's 3 months! And the whole time someone else wouldn't get the luck to get a bunny they wanted.

This sounds pretty confusing, but I'm trying to even out the rates while keeping the randomness factor. ;v; I don't manually choose winners by how many SRs they have, it's all up to random.org and so there will always be people who get more or less because of that.

Personally I use Pant Tool SAI, but you can use whatever you feel comfortable with! ;v; Don't force yourself to try SAI just because someone else uses it: try Krita, PhotoShop, Fire Alpaca or anything else! I'd suggest seeing if a program has transparency, though. And if you want pixel adoptables, make sure there is a brush that lets you draw in pixels.

Honestly I used to love using MS Paint to make pixels, but it doesn't have transparency and key shortcuts so heh. Pixel adoptables without transparency aren't a good idea.

Nope, they can't! ;v; Any custom things added on bunnies are unique to them, only the body parts in the rarity guide can be passed down.

Eep, I already answered that, seems like you missed it. ;v; When I think of how to add subspecies and other things to the rarity guide, I'll be sure to write it down there too!
