what can a guest artist do: May make 3 adoptables, unlimited customs, but after he 3rd adopt they have to wait in line like everybody else (at that point they cease to be a guest artist, am I correct? Or can they continue making unlimited customs?)

1. yes after three adopts you are not a guest artist anymore and and you cant make customs by yourself after that. aka ill remove you off the line art permissions so you cant color it in anymore
2. whats a ghost artist?
3. yes they have a chance of becoming a full artist, it depends on how active you are and how well you do
