In case you need info on GAs--slots open on the first of every month and are judged the second, from which a few Guest Artists are hired (the number depends on how many people entered. It's relative.) They're hired as GAs for that whole month, and may make up to 5 designs, 1 which may have an uncommon trait. Guest artists can't be GA 2 months in a row.

Note: The Halloween Event begins on the 21st (that's when the thread is made--the event itself doesn't commence until the 22nd). While Guest Artists can make halloweeny-designs if they want, they won't participate in making designs during the Event owo
