Because the person who owns it says its still closed. Not only do I think that Cat has quit, or is no longer active, but she hasn't picked helpers.

Yes, it is closed.
Cat! has not been online since MAY.

I don't know if she will ever be coming back online since i haven't talked to her since early this year.
Can people please stop posting forms and stuff.

For now, it is safe to say that Sunny Breeding is closed until further notice.

(I used to help Cat! a lot with sunny breeding and while i am sad to see that she has not been on for a while, i do ask that people stop posting until it is stated by Cat! herself that it is open again. Otherwise, it is just spam and will get the thread locked.)
