I would really love to join the contest but where do we get the lineart file in order to enter the competition? (Especially if we want to try out as a guest artist) And is it open?

For the contest you have to draw everything yourself or you can order a lineart from someone and you design it.
Same goes for applying to be a guest artist. Use your own lineart and your own designs :)

Yes, you can use any free-to-use lineart to make your design, but everything else must be drawn/written by you. c:
