i can do the first option. c: since the clothes are going to be the clothing items that come with these corgis anyways i can do it. for my own reference so i get the clothes right, you want that exact outfit that Bilbo Baggins wears (minus the pants)?

for the tail, you'd like to have the same length as a cardigan corgi like you pictured, but instead of being held in the air, you want it to be rested down?
