those are not teeth unless the mask opens, they attempt to hold the mask closed ^-^

His ears are longer then most other animals

If his mouth ever comes undone it will look frightening, painful, and sorta like this same goes for the childern with the disease (he has a very minor case bit had learned to control it... mostly)
Horns are retractable unlike the claws (other horns work too)
Wings are very common.
