Most unprofessional artists don't need all the fancy features of the actual Photoshop, so if they bought it, they wouldn't use any of the finer points and tools. Elements was created for those of us who don't need twenty million options for line smoothing.

Mmkay, back on topic. My mom would never buy me the actual Photoshop; she doesn't approve of drawing as a career. >.< Not that I could, since I suck. :c
