I think I'd also love to use her as a universal-character, as in her design stays the same, but she can be multiple species.

Personality:
Holly has a very colorful personality.
She's very playful, and loves hanging out with others.
Being surrounded with people she knows, is just a huge comfort for her.

Anxious:
However, it can be her worst nightmare if she's surrounded by people she doesn't know.
She'll become very anxious, and being claustrophobic doesn't help.
If you're her friend that brought her along, she'll nag and nag until you can leave.
She was born in an open, snowy field, not closed in a crowded cave.

Shy:
Holly is very shy.
She hates being the center of attention, and is a listener, rather than a talker.
It's because of this she thinks before she acts, and consults all the various possibilities, (within reason, of course!)

Decisive:
When the situation calls, Holly can make a decision, and fast.
She'll let the others talk first, and then will tell her idea.
It's not that she waits for suspension, or anything.
She's just thinking about the negative effects.
"Those who rush into battle are fools." Right?

Loyal:
And no matter what, a friend stays a friend.
She'd never dream of leaving anyone behind, and she'd sacrifice her own life for one of her friend's.
She was born in a pack/clan, and no matter what, that instinct is buried deep within her- no matter what.

But when JHolly believes something is right, she'll stay to it.
That stubbornness is deep within her family.
If she's determined to do something, whether it be helping someone, or just getting something done, she's the one.
She'll work hard, and then work harder.

History:
Faren was born in a snowy clearing, in the center of the forest.
She's lived with her pack all of her life, and while they migrate with the elks they hunt, they've also never been very far from their home.
Faren has been told multiple times to get her, "Head out of the clouds."
Faren rejects that idea as much as she can, "Uniqueness is our strength", she'll always say.
Often at night, she'll slip out of her den and watch the stars.
It her secret, even her friends don't know.
Sometimes she even wonders herself what is so alluring about the stars, but there just seems something... magical.

As she has grown older, she is often leading the pack when they hunt.
She loves hunting, the exhilerating feel of the snow under your paws as the wind whistles by.
And as you take that long leap, soaring high into the air.
Then it's all over.
As fast as the blink of an eye, the Hunt is over.
And it's because it doesn't often go on for hours or even days that makes you want to do it over and over again.
But Faren knows the balance in life, and has prevented her pack many times from over hunting.
Only take what you need, and no more.

Faren still sneaks out at night, but she does so with her friends.
They just don't feel the connection to the stars like she does, but they'll hunt together and even tell stories.
In the misty sunrise, they'll be laughing and content with the night, and sleep until 10:00 AM.
When their duties call, but after, it's time to make the best of life.

All right, before you read the code drop, please note that this is a rather complicated code drop and as such will have quoted responses from every judge about why they chose or didn't choose a certain person to win a kennel.
Also, because two of our regular judges - Eeveeprincess01 and Ebony Skies ; - were unable to help with the code drop, I decided to ask Eleya to help us out this round, as we desperately needed one last opinion on certain kennels. Eleya knows what goes into a good form, and she's spent a lot of time donating and adopting characters from us in the past, even though she didn't finish her form this round. And she was ONLY a judge for this round, and not a permanent judge here. She was able to help us out when we didn't think that was even an option, so for that, we should be grateful to her.
Lastly, SabjeBammie was not able to judge ALL of the kennels this round, as she was too busy to do so. She judged what we most needed a judge to look over, and for that I'm quite grateful.

I will be doing something a little different, as this will likely be my last code drop for awhile, as I'm handing the reins back to SabjeBammie soon. To make it easier for you to see exactly what the votes were, I've added them in words at the top before you read the quotes.
Abstain means that the person judged it, but refused to say either "yes" or "no."
Yay means "yes."
Nay means "no."
This is how people in America's Congress vote on bills, and it seems like a fairly simple system to me, so I decided to somewhat replicate it here at the PoL for this particular code drop.

Kennel 6 - This user's form is almost complete, and even though the personality is rather short, I really feel that the history makes up for it...even with the typos and slight errors present. However, this user left blank an important section of his/her form: the Where will you use it, and what will you use it for? section is blank.
Do you think this user deserves the character, or not? I am on the fence, and don't really have an opinion regarding this particular kennel.

I'd say no. You can see the effort, but the art was already made, not by the adopter. The personality is too short and the use is empty.
They need to add a little more than this.

I think Kennel 6 should not go to the applicant, but you should mention why they were not given the character (ie. the blank 'where will you use it?' section). I see they really want the character and it should be taken into consideration they are a new writer, so I think I would encourage them to finish the form and try again next round ^^

Although I feel sorry, I tend to say no. I do belive they put effort into the history, and for a new try, Id suggest them to keep it (or maybe even get a little more into it). But I guess there could be told more about the personality and I would really love an answer to the question what they will use it for. Will there be an adventure for the Princess of The Enchanted forest? Will they draw her, or order art? Or will they rp her? For me, that question should be answered. Its not a bad form, I would just want to encourage them, to get a little more into detail.

Okay, this one is really hard for me... The story is detailed and long, but the personality is really short. If they win Claire, I would also give Mylough to them. They have a nice concept for the three characters, and I have a feeling the two would be loved in their new homes. If not, I would let them try again on him. Just because there could be a more detailed personality and more surrounding. It looks like they put lots of effort in the history, but the rest looks a little "loveless".
If you would be asking for Claire also, I would say nearly the same about their form^^ Not give her to them and let them try again. So well, I conclude this with a no, but chances are good for a little more detailed personality next time.

A hard one again... Well, I really like the form at first sight. All the surrounding and all the exrta info, the art. All for a yes. I also like the personality. But then for the history... Aah, its all nice what is there, but there could be so much more. Like how did he get the injuries? How did he loose a limb? Its really hard for me to decide on this, because the form is awesome, if you just ignore the fact of possible more history... I dont really want to give them a no, but I dont really want to give them a clear yes either... I`d go for a yes immediately, if they add a little more to the history.

It was so gripping that I really want to know how it goes on. Also I feel they put lots of effort in their form. Getting lots of info on Lydia, and also drew her. I tend to say yes, though the personality... Well, It could be more than just posting three Icons there... Next time, maybe add something written. But over all, I guess they deserve the character ...

Kennel 25 - At first glance I thought this would be an easy kennel to judge. Clearly this user has gone to a lot of work to type up a long history and semi-detailed personality. I thought I would just award this character and move onto the next kennel. Then I tried to actually read the form, and got super frustrated because I can barely read any of it. It is so difficult to get through that it's hard to even tell what's trying to be said. I'm sorry, but I cannot give my opinion on this kennel because I honestly don't understand most of what is present in the form. Do you think this user deserves the character, or not?

I browsed over the rest and couldn't really see what was personality and what was history... I have to say no, it isn't very organized and again, hard to understand.
I'd say no.

The form for Kennel 25 is actually really cute! I love the story! I have a really dyslexic friend who often has trouble spelling and mixing words around (even pronouncing, sometimes) so I'm used to automatically translating things like that. I noticed at the bottom of one of their old forms, they said "Sorry for bad English," so I would say that the user's first language is not English or they are very young. If you feel it is necessary, you could always suggest (politely and not offensively) that they use Microsoft Word for the spell check (but ensure them that their story was cute, funny, and well-deserving) or (for fear of offending them) I can just judge their forms again in the future?

They've put effort into it, but it is slightly boring and as you say, a very frustrating read.

Kennel 44 - I watched this form grow from being an unfinished mess of words and garbled language into a cool and organized form. SpeednGrace has improved this form leaps and bounds over what she once had put forth, and I personally am impressed with how much hard work and dedication she put into making this form better. While there are plenty of typos and errors, it's not so bad that I don't understand what she's saying. Her personality is great, having both positive and negative traits. Her history is nice, as well.

Kennel 45 and Kennel 46 - While I admit that I skimmed most of the beginning of both of the stories in this form, they quickly picked up to where I actually WANTED to read them. This person is an EXCELLENT writer, and totally engrossed me in the stories! Even though the personalities were a tad bit lacking, they were elaborated upon more in the stories. Also, I appreciate how Gleib Jelky went to the length of actually explaining why each character looked the way he or she did. I really, truly do - it's just a small thing, really, but I love it when users go the extra mile and explain stuff that we don't necessarily ask them to. I absolutely love the characterization of both of the canines, and their backstories were written wonderfully.

Kennel 96 - I like this form and all, but I'm not sure if it is all it could be. There's something just...lacking about it, and I can't put my finger on it. Perhaps it's the short personality - though the history is of excellent length. Do you think this user deserves the character, or not?

I would go ahead and give Kennel 96 to Gleib Jelky. The user frequents SCAA as well, and I've always enjoyed reading their forms! But if you feel that it is incomplete, I'm sure they could stand to add a bit more as well. You & the other judges' call on this one :')

Poop, this is hard! You both have such amazing forms. I was gripped by both of them.

To the both of you: I hope you know, you really gave me hell xD Your forms are both more than amazing and it hurts my heart to make a decission. Although my heart tells me to say Queen Chrysalis, I will have to go for booklover789. Why does my heart tell me? There was this one sentence:

I literally feel as though she's taken part of my soul or my heart and is sitting neatly on it and refusing to surrender the piece to me.

And it made me want to stop reading through everything and just give that character to Queen Chrysalis. Well, I decided not to do so, and also got through the rest and also booklovers form. At the end, I have to say, that booklovers form is even more detaild than then one from Queen Chrysalis. I especially liked the part where booklover describes the relationships to all the relatives. I feel it needs lots of effort to put up relations to so many characters. And thats why I decided to go for booklover789 and not Queen Chrysalis, even though my heart hurts when I decide not to give them their missing piece. But I felt it wouldnt be fair if I only based my decission on one sentence.

Kennel 50 is really hard to judge. I can see you both really, really want it. I've rarely seen forms this amazing. I also love the art both of you added.

Queen Chrysalis:
Large about me section, I really feel like I am getting to know her. It was interesting to read.

I know my forms may not hit the word limit or be so long people hate me as soon as I put a form skeleton down but does that honestly matter? As long as I put my heart and soul into my form I don't need to have more than a single post dedicated to my workings.

This really hit me. This is true, a huge long form doesn't have to mean anyone wins.

I want her, no, I need her. She calls to my very soul.

Yet this bugs me a little. I want everyone to win the character they want, but this kinda makes me feel bad if I should vote no. I wouldn't call it a sob story, like 'if I don't win I will ...' but it kinda sounds like it's going that way.

Cheaters? Where? Everyone works on their own form. If too much of it isn't the work of the author it will be disqualified. There are at least 2 judges per form. If tied even more. How is that cheating?
The species is interesting and creative.
The extras are nice, but the history sounds a little unfinished, it ends so suddenly.

About me and other information a little standard compared to Queen Chrysalis.
But I find your history more creative. I know your form was longer, but that doesn't always mean it's better. The first part of Queen Chrysalis really got to me, while yours seemed more standard. I wouldn't say copied and pasted from other forms, but it goes more that direction. Queen Chrysalis really made it special.
But the second part from you was more special in my eyes. More creative.
It's hard, you both really want her andyou both really deserve her. But there can only be 1 winner.

Queen Chrysalis will receive a custom design made entirely by SabjeBammie. She will also receive the pony I created for her below. I had a feeling that she would lose, and after going through her form and reading it, I realized that she'd put SO MUCH work and dedication into it that I felt bad about letting all that work go to waste.
Then, her boyfriend contacted me, as he'd made an account on here JUST to tell me about how Queen Chrysalis was responding to this whole ordeal. He asked me to be nice to her if I won, and I agreed, telling him I would never be intentionally nasty to a person if I won against them in a competition. I further told him that his PM had validified what I had all ready been thinking: make her a custom design for all of her hard work. So, I began work on the custom design.
I even contacted her to reassure her that she might not lose, but after being given a cold shoulder, I stopped trying to contact her. It was clear that she was mad at me and that she blew me off, but I finished her design nonetheless.
So, I designed her a dragon-pegasus hybrid that matches a lot of what was said in her form. I added on some things and changed the colors so that her new character wouldn't directly match Wishful Mage, but I DID try to include as many elements from the original design as possible, and drew inspiration heavily from Wishful Mage's design.
(Sorry about using a pre-made base. I had intended to draw it entirely by scratch, but my pony heads haven't been looking right lately, and I didn't want my drawing skills to negatively impact your design, so I opted to just use a pre-made base and edit what I needed to edit...which ended up being a lot. XD )
Queen Chrysalis, meet your new dragon-pegasus hybrid. She has a dragon tail, pegasus wings, skinny gradient horns, dark orange eyes, sharp hooves, dark purple hoof-caps, spiny spikes running down from her shoulder to her mid-tail region, a tiny tufted tail, long and choppy green-striped hair, and tipped ears. Her accessories are a necklace with an opal pendant on it, a small bow on her back left hoof, and dark grey eyeshadow. I drew her cutie mark as you designed it: two one handed axe blades resting side by side, facing opposite directions.
My intention was that she would be related to Wishful Mage, perhaps a younger sister of sorts...or a cousin, maybe... but if you don't want that to be the case, then I completely understand.
