It Might Be, But Honestly No One Will Trade Their Raven For Tons Of Uncommon's. The List Pets Might Be Enough But Its All Personal With Something With As High Of Demand As A Raven.

In terms of rarity you're overpaying quite a bit. The grinners and cake dog are each individually worth more than the raven dog and the rest of the pets - while they aren't exactly high value - certainly add quite a bit of fodder to the trade. As far as demand goes it's really hard to say but you're offering the value of a main list pet so I'd have to say that all things considered it's still unfair to you. :)

Unfair to the grapes - the green toxic is worth only half of the grapes and the rest of the pets don't even bridge the gap between the green and red toxic.
