Would you have time to dedicate to Makos if you became an Official Artist? It would depend on the time of the year, but a design every week or two should be fine. =) As GA the 2-mako limit's in effect so I always plan harder xD
Extra (Anything else?) Not really! I don't work for any species as of the moment, although I used to =D And I'm very used to using colorful, but not eyebleeding colors on my designs. I sometimes like using a dark base with glowing colors, and my designing style usually bends to the species design requirements

From time to time I can have a lot to do and sometimes I can have one of those periods when I'm overly depressed due to job issues (but I'm usually able to break free from them within two weeks at the most, and from my experience with them it really helps me to do something creative that I know I'm good at so I can feel useful again - because I'm usually depressed because I feel like I'm not good enough). But overall, yes, I would have time to spare even if my life goes up and down.

Have been an artist and GA for various different species (as my gallery here can tell the tales about), so I do have experience with both full-time positions and GA positions. I guess I'm still one of the artists for the Dasani Gips, but their owner has been busy in life for quite some time; so I do believe it's about time for me to face the facts and realize they probably never are going to open up the "gates" again.
I really love designing characters and find it very relaxing, and I can't recall ever having a "designing block" as some people calls it .. Probably because I have way too many design ideas for characters within my mind that I haven't got around to create yet.
