Can anybody tell me what a partner comp is, and how it works?

A partner competition is similar to regular ones, except it involves two people working together c:
Often times you need proof that you're working together, and as one of the goals is to work together, it's usually expected to have some sort of connection between the forms-- usually in the sense that the two Plumerians they're trying out for are together in some way, be it enemies, friends, lovers.
