Dogs
Horses
Ferrets

Dogs would have more of a variety and more possible Viscets to make, but ferrets.

Also, this morning, whilst giving my beardie, Apollo, a bath, I thought it would be cool to make Viscets with different designs of lizards >O>

As much as I love ferrets so much that I based the species off of them, there's not really that much variety you can make with ferret-based designs. I think dogs would add a lot more to choose from >u<
Horses too, but I don't really know if they fit too well on the species
