Click 'My Account' at the top right, there will be several tabs along the top, click the one that says 'Profile' and on the side it will have some options one of them is 'Avatar'. After you are there it gives you several options on uploading an image, one of them is 'Upload from URL', in each images code next to them it has [img]image URL[img] copy the URL and put it in and hit submit.
