Well,since it based off a freebie the custom would become freebie for everyone to use.

Ok, so basically, if you asked for a custom based off of two freebies, then the custom you ordered BECOMES a freebie, so you wouldn't be the only one to use it.
At least, I think that's what would happen. Also, I don't think you cane base a custom Foxicats off of freebies... I don't know.
