Payment for three pups is one 2015 rare/Two 2014 Staff Dogs
Payment for four pups is one 2015 very rare/one 2014 rare
Payment for all 5 pups is 2 2015 very rares/one 2014 very rare

When posting your form please don't use colors that are hard to read, such as bright yellow!
