Kali is a 19 year old from the "shifter squad." Kali is a rather reserved lass, but is pretty touchy. Alongside being irritable, she was a rather wide and weird vocabulary and is known for being brutally honest. But, Kali has poor eyesight, and in her human form, is seen with glasses. She feels odd without the feeling of fur and quills upon her back, and often wears a thin jacket. Kali is also seen as a rather picky girl, but she hides her feelings. Her hair is a rather messy sage-blonde, but she could care less. Fruits and vegetables are Kali's preferred eats. Overall, you'd better watch out, as her quills are literally a pain to pluck.

Alice Hemmings. When you look at her, you see a pretty girl who's as sweet as candy, and always has good intentions. When you look at her, you see a girl who can do no wrong whatsoever. But of course, that's just third person view. Alice can't go a day without causing a problem. She's sly and conniving, and a very good actress. People call her brave, and naïve, and that is true. But really, Alice is a bit of a coward. She would rather save herself, than anyone else. She's very selfish when it comes to certain things. But she keeps her attitude under a mask, and acts like the sweet flower girl everyone wants to believe she is. She's very smart, and makes decisions quickly. She's somewhat arrogant, too. In many ways, Alice Hemmings is not what you'd expect.

She has a problem with secrets, as she never says them out loud. You can not trust her though, because to her, betrayal is just another little game that she likes to play. She acts helpless, and selfless, when really, she never needs any help at all. She takes really good care of herself. But trust me, when you wrong her, she will stop at nothing to get her revenge. She is greysexual, and doesn't really care for love. But if she had to chose, she wouldn't care about the gender. Just about their personality. You wouldn't call her stubborn, or sneaky. You'd call her simply a fox.

Meet Dorian, one of the many resident shapeshifters. Dorian's animal form is a pine marten; useful for climbing trees on lookout jobs and sneaking around due to the animal's small size. Dorian is quite the peacemaker. He hates conflict of any kind, and will go far out of his way to break up arguments or agreements. Even in the toughest of times, he keeps a level head and doesn't allow anyone to turn on each other. He's a bit timid though, and usually finds it difficult to speak up in large crowds. At times, he can even be quite skittish and is easily startled by sudden noises.

If anything though, Dorian is stubbornly passionate in everything that he does. There's no deterring him from something he wants, or removing an idea from his head. He's an introvert, and enjoys being alone. Too much socialisation overwhelms him. Dorian is extremely curious and is always itching to sneak off on his own and explore more and to learn more. He shares a few traits with the pine marten; curiosity, solitary nature, agility, climbing skills and preference of heights, and his shy and timid behaviour.

this is maisie, a tiny but temperamental woman. in the past she was bullied and teased and that's probably what caused her to be so closed off to this day. she doesn't mean to seem standoffish and automatically give someone the cold shoulder but it's become a habit that is hard to shake. around new people or in new situations, she's flighty and has known to disappear. like a least weasal, she'll accept any challenge no matter the size. she'll put her hardest into any situation, which is actually one of her

Skye was given her not so very common name by her parents, obviously; though it suggests a serene, peaceful type of person, she is rather the opposite. As a child, she was always the one leading her two siblings into trouble. Whether it be a great expedition to the creek that flowed near by their property or jumping aboard the backs of a neighbours cattle, Skye always seemed to be getting herself- and her brothers- into some sort of mischief, even if it meant using some of her inborn smarts and rather wild imagination to get them to follow her. It was partly because of her unusually creative mind that Skye is generally fairly popular with the other young folk- and even a few older youth- who seem to enjoy her spirited, joyful nature. It also helped that she a had a knack for coming up with plenty of new ways to entertain, being very resourceful on even the most rainy of days.

With that said though, the young girl has an extremely short fuse when it comes to patience. This leads her to become very irritable whenever something is bugging her, and her natural response is to simply switch around her smarts and lash out with any sarcastic retort that pops into her head. These are often very sharp as well, and being extremely stubborn, Skye has a large tendency to make sure it stings for as long as possible. She makes it very clear when she doesn't like what someone is doing or saying. This can be a good thing if you are a friend of hers, as it means she will always back you up in a fight of any sort. But if you happen to rub her the wrong way in something, you will quickly find yourself in a pit of dislike. And as many a person has found by experience, it can be very hard to win your way out.

Currently at seventeen years of age, Skye has been on the island for a small while. The young shifter has somewhat long wavy hair, and is a brunet by all means; unless you were to count the few natural lighter streaks that frame her face. Her figure is willowy and agile, much like the Cheetah that is her shift. Skye has a natural sort of graceful air about her, being able to move with an unusual elegance. And while some see the way she holds herself with a almost royal tilt to her chin as being arrogant, she is for the most part unaware of the knack of hers. This combined with her build makes her a very efficient hunter, and is an advantage to some extent when ever a fight arises.
This does not, however, mean that Skye is an extremely beautiful young lady, given her other wise plain appearance, and often leaves others undecided on wether or not she really would be considered pretty. If anyone were to have a good feature about them though, it would most certainly be their eyes. This is definitely the case with Skye. Her own are a sort of hazel colour, though hint at being a deeper brown in certain lights, and are extremely soulful. They're like windows to her mind, and a simple glance in their direction will usually fill any curiosity as to what she's thinking. It is really up to the individual opinion to decide on her though, and even if Skye doesn't care a wink about her appearance, it is generally wise to keep those thoughts on her to yourself-no matter if they are through good intentions.
