Is there a way I could get the lineart and upload it to the art program I use so I can make an entry? ChibiPaint is really difficult for me to use on Internet Explorer (and just in general, I guess) and it doesn't run on chrome.

You can save it and upload it to a different program yes, or if you want, make new line art altogether for yourself use, if ur accepted that is c: others in the adopt have made special LA so I can't see why u can't either.
