LEGENDARY 4th of July Event Viscet!

[What's So Special About This Viscet?]

This Viscet has a Legendary trait, meaning it only comes once a year--which is now!
While all Viscets have set colors and markings, this one is unique--it's colors change depending on its mood!
However, not all the colors. Only the indicated cream-colored markings--the fireworks and string--change color.
In its eyes are all the colors of the rainbow--however, they do not change color. These triple-ringed eyes are rare, but not legendary.

How can I Adopt This Viscet?

To adopt this Viscet, supply a sort of biography (favorite food, passtime, etc). Maximum of 500 words, titles and decoration objects not included.
-Supply its name & gender
-Assign different colors to different moods (example: The fireworks turn red when angry). May be multiple colors per one mood (Example: Fireworks turn both green and yellow when happy). There are no provided colors or moods to use--all up to you!
-1 piece of art of the Viscet displaying a certain colored mood or an image of fireworks. Art gets more credit; doesn't have to be yours, but must be used with permission & proper reference. Your art is to your discretion.

Hi! My name is dandy, want to be a little bit scared Of me? I have a really short temper and I'll go all out on you if you make me mad.One time my friend made me mad I kicked out a door. I sometimes I feel like I'm bipolar. But I do have a lot of good friends and a good personality. Let's talk a little bit more about me, I love to do art, I love to sing, and I love to set fireworks off; the way it shows off in the way of one measly light and explode into beautiful colors then fade into nothingness. The embers fall and can create a mini flame to inspire those ones that look up to me to try to combust and shine with personality. I don't like to down size Viscets by their looks, personality, and just how they act. Most people call it bullying, I bring people up and build them with confidence and guidance.

I am torn between winter and summer... The both have fireworks and many different meanings... Summer is just too hot for me...

I don't know! There are a lot of movies I like, maybe minions or Jurassic world.

Do you have any family members?
Yes! My mom, dad, and my little sis!

((meaning "little dragon"))

dragons can be portrayed as many colors, with the sun or moon sending off a reflection on the scaled, making them appear to change color.
Dragons are know for flying and are imagined in many different ways.
Fireworks "fly" , and according to the imagination of the one who makes the fireworks, they can appear in many different ways.

Male

Kaiba's emotions can be very unstable.
He is typically founds with the colors of brown and dark red in place of his firework-like markings because he loves to play pranks and such. otherwise, he is going between emotions.
Despite the fact his emotions change fairly often, it is always quite obvious when he is scared.
he does choose to attempt to live life to the fullest, but does not always get too. he lets his obvious emotion changes lead him on, and tends to avoid others when he is portraying a negative emotion.
When his emotions go out of control, he tried to soothe them and get them back to normal, which ends up failing sometimes.
This is one reason he avoids others. He believes he is too different, sending glares off in others directions when he sees another looking at him.
When it comes down to just getting along with others, he is more likely to talk to other males than females,despite the fact he is straight.
When you manage to get past the barrier he puts up, he can be quite hyper and playful, maybe a bit too clingy as well.
